Semi-formal attire is requested. Please avoid jeans, casual pants, and bright colors.

Please do not arrive before 5:30 PM. The venue’s front doors will be locked when you arrive. To reach the ceremony seating area, follow the walkway along the left side of the building.

A large parking lot is available directly in front of the venue. The ceremony is planned outdoors, with an indoor backup in case of bad weather.

Guests will move to cocktail hour, and the soda bar will open.

7:20 PM | Reception Introductions
The wedding party and newlyweds will be introduced.

Our DJ will welcome everyone to the reception.

7:40 PM | Buffet Opens

8:25 PM | Cider for Toasts
Our DJ will invite guests to pick up cider for the toasts.

Instead of a traditional cake cutting, we will break crème brûlée. This will be followed by the bride and groom’s first dance, the bride and Gary’s dance, the mother and son dance with Penny, the groom and groomsmen dance, and a photo dash with tables released by the DJ.

9:15 PM | Bouquet Toss

9:20 PM | Garter Toss
Toss only, with no garter removal.

9:30 PM | Coordinator Departs & Soda Bar Closes
The event manager will take over for the remainder of the evening.

9:35 PM | Exit Vehicle Arrives
Vehicle details to be confirmed.

9:45 PM | Final Group Dance
Guests will then line up for the grand exit.

9:50 PM | Private Last Dance

10:00 PM | Grand Exit
