Guest Notes & FAQs

When and where is the wedding?

The ceremony is Saturday, June 12, 2027 at 4:00 PM at Knutson Farm in Dripping Springs, Texas. The ceremony and reception are both at Knutson Farm, with cocktail hour and dinner following onsite.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Please plan to arrive around 3:30 PM. That gives you time to park, walk to the ceremony area, and settle in before the 4:00 PM start.

What is the dress code?

Garden cocktail or dressy outdoor wedding attire is the best fit. Think polished but comfortable for a rustic Hill Country setting: dresses, jumpsuits, suits, sport coats, boots, wedges, block heels, or dressy flats.

Will the wedding be outdoors?

Yes, the wedding is planned as an outdoor celebration at Knutson Farm. June in Central Texas can be warm and bright, so sunglasses, sunscreen for arrival, breathable fabrics, and a light evening layer are all smart choices.

What shoes should I wear?

Please choose shoes that can handle grass, gravel, and uneven outdoor paths. Block heels, wedges, boots, dressy sandals, or flats will be more comfortable than stilettos.

What happens if the weather changes?

Texas weather can shift quickly, and the team will adjust the flow as needed to keep guests comfortable. If weather affects arrival, ceremony setup, or parking, updates will be shared through the website or direct guest communication.

Is there parking at Knutson Farm?

Yes, onsite parking guidance will be provided when you arrive. Please follow venue signs and staff direction, and allow extra time since Hill Country properties often involve longer driveways, gravel, or field-style parking.

Should I drive, carpool, or use rideshare?

Driving or carpooling is usually the most reliable option for Dripping Springs. Rideshares can be limited late at night, so if you plan to use one, schedule ahead and have a backup plan.

Where should we stay?

Dripping Springs is closest to the venue, while Bee Cave and southwest Austin offer additional hotel options. If room blocks are added, details will be posted on the Travel page; booking early is recommended for a June Hill Country weekend.

Are children invited?

Please refer to the names listed on your invitation. If your children are included, they will be listed; if not, thank you for making arrangements and helping us keep the guest count aligned with the venue plan.

Can I bring a plus one?

Plus ones are included only where noted on your invitation or RSVP. If you are unsure how your invitation was addressed, reach out before submitting your response and we can clarify.

How should I share dietary restrictions or allergies?

Please include dietary needs, allergies, or access notes when you RSVP. Food is one of the couple's priorities, and early information helps the catering team plan thoughtfully.

Do you have a registry?

Registry links will appear on the Registry page as they are added. Your presence is the main gift, especially for guests traveling to Texas, but the registry will be there for anyone who would like to send something.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Please keep phones and cameras tucked away during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present and the photographers can do their best work. After the ceremony, photos are welcome unless the couple or photographer asks for a specific moment to stay clear.

What is the overall weekend timeline?

The weekend includes a Friday rehearsal dinner for invited guests, the Saturday ceremony and reception at Knutson Farm, and a Sunday farewell brunch for invited guests. Exact times and locations for events beyond the ceremony will be shared as they are finalized.

What should I pack for the weekend?

Bring outdoor-ready wedding attire, comfortable shoes, sunglasses, sunscreen, a light layer for evening, and anything you need for warm June weather. If you are staying in a rental or outside central Dripping Springs, save directions offline and keep your transportation plan handy.
